Yesterday's Policy Team enjoyed an excellent presentation from two of our members on Canadian climate change policy, and the various factors that shape what is today one of the world's weakest government attempts at greenhouse gas emissions reductions. How do the Provinces fit in? Who in Canada is leading the charge? What does Environment Minister Jim Prentice's appointment mean for Canada's climate policy?
